The girl that served us at the Lenards' store I bought ours from wasn't sure what to do with this product, she had to ask the manager how to package it to take home. We also tipped it over in the car, which meant some of the raw chicken juices ran into the bag (so be sure to keep yours upright while transporting it home). If you scroll to the bottom of the post you will see a short clip you can watch which shows just how easy this roast is to prepare and cook. Be sure to put it in the oven early enough too, you need 2 hours to cook these little beauties.
The raw chicken, basted and ready to put into the oven.
All cooked, ready to serve up with vegies and ciabatta.
Look at all the left-over chicken! All off the carcass and shredded up ready for lunch the next day. I love getting 2 meals for the price of one :-)
